HOW TO ATTRACT YOUR PERFECT HOME

Whenever I take the time to close my eyes and visualise my future and what I want in it, the home I imagine myself living in is somewhere I always enjoy exploring. Wandering around my future home, seeing everything and everyone that’s in it always plays a major part in raising my vibration. It just makes me feel happy, content and excited.

During every visit to this place in my mind I always enjoy discovering something new that I haven’t seen before, anything from a new essential oil for the bath, to a Japanese style hot tub in the garden!

My future home changes slightly with every visit but the foundations tend to stay the same. That’s probably because prior to beginning my visualisation, I spend a lot of time asking myself what I want my home to look like and then really thinking about it.

Having trained as a Life Coach, questioning others and myself in order to set goals and looking forward to achieving and accomplishing them comes very naturally to me. However, I know that’s not the case for everyone. So, I decided to create a mixture of life coaching prompts and vibration raising visualisation techniques for anyone who struggles with where to begin.

When you’re clear about what you want, it becomes easier to visualise it. The happiness you feel when you visualise having what you want raises your vibration to a point that’s in harmony with the vibration of having it, and this allows you to attract it into your life.

The best place to start is by thinking about and writing down your answers to these 10 questions:

1) Where in the world do I want to live?

2) What does my home look like from the outside?

3) Who lives in my home?

4) How many rooms are in my home and what rooms are they?

5) What does the area surrounding my home look like?

6) How many floors does my home have?

7) How is my home decorated?

8) What do I love most about my home?

9) What things do I enjoy doing in my home?

10) How do I feel when I’m in my home?

Having now created your perfect homelife on paper and put it out there to the universe through thought, the next step to start attracting your perfect home is to visualise it with emotion.

As you have all of these wonderful images of your happy home now floating around in your mind from thinking about where you’re going to live, it’s time to take a look around…

To do this effectively you can either set a timer for 10-15 minutes, or, you may decide to let yourself enjoy it for as long as you feel like. Whenever you do this, it’s very important that you are undisturbed and have no distractions so that you can really concentrate on being somewhere else.

When you close your eyes and begin to explore your surroundings in your home, remember to go into as much detail as possible. Look around, notice everything, include whatever you want that makes you feel happy and don’t forget to really feel the emotions your home brings you.

Pay attention to the smallest of things, from how your bed sheets and duvet feel, what the floor looks and feels like when you get out of bed, notice the light in every room; is it how you want it to be? If not, change it…enjoy how secure you feel, check out the views from the windows, what can you see that makes you smile? Enjoy the smells in your home, flowers, freshly brewed coffee, wood, whatever it may be…notice the space you have, how it feels, maybe there are people in your home, what are they doing? Enjoy the food that you make, how it looks, the quality, how it tastes, the drinks you pour, the glasses they’re in…everything is designed by you to make you feel as much happiness in this moment as possible.

However you choose to spend your first visit in your new home is entirely your choice.

Just enjoy it as much as possible, knowing and believing that by doing this, the law of attraction is now at work for you and things have already changed simply by thinking about what you want.

The more you visualise what you want, the quicker you’ll attract it. If your perfect home is high on your priority list, I’d recommend you visualise it daily until things begin to change, which they will.

You get the home you focus on – so focus on the home you want.
