Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch our products within 2-3 working days however some products may take slightly longer. Please see individual product pages for more information and accurate delivery times.

Shipping

UK Delivery
The delivery costs are £3.95 for the UK and we dispatch Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. This usually takes within 1-2 working days to arrive in the UK.

Republic of Ireland
The delivery costs are £10.00. We use the Royal Mail International Service. This can take between 5-10 working days.

International Delivery
The delivery costs are £10.00 for all International orders, we use the Royal Mail International Service. This can take between 5-10 working days.

America, Australia and New Zealand
The delivery costs are £10.00 and we use the Royal Mail International Service. This can take between 5-10 working days.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your order to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. All you need to do is email us via our online portal or at contact@loajewellery.com and we will assist you with your return.

If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.
