EYE PILLOW

The Aromatherapy Liberty Print Eye Pillow in Strawberry Thief Grey included in this set has such a wide variety of uses. The size and weighted feel makes it perfect for blocking out the light during meditation, visualisation, yoga or massage.

Filled with dried Lavender, dried Chamomile, Buckwheat Hull and Linseed, it has a soothing and calming aroma to encourage a deeper state of relaxation and therefor can also be used as an effective sleep aid. This pillow can be enjoyed hot (microwave for 20 seconds) or cold (pop in a sealed plastic bag and place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes).

ABALONE SHELL

Our beautiful Abalone shells harness the energy of the ocean. They have a gentle vibration and are known to enhance feelings of peace, love and warmth.

Abalone shells are often used in smudging rituals as a place to lay your burning Sage/Herbs or Palo Santo.

SMUDGE BUNDLES

The combination of White Sage and Cinnamon sticks has a soothing and purifying effect. Cinnamon is known for its warming effect, both on your body and on your mind.
